View an employee filter

Select a filter to view its settings, make changes, or delete it. The employee filter list contains several default views and all the filters that you created and saved.

Before you begin 

Open an application with the Employee or Employee Tree Display selection pane.

Procedure 

  1. To display the list of filters, at the left of the Create New Filter iconicon, click the down arrow inside the employee filter list box.

    The list of filter views includes these system-defined filter options:

    • All Current: The filter displays the list of all active employees at the current time. This filter is the system default.

    • No Filter: Shows all employees in the system with no filter applied.

  2. To see which parameters are configured for a filter, point to the filter name to open the filter information box.
