Delete a source system

Procedure 

  1. From the Framework portal Home page or main UI access point for all WFO applications., point to Integration Management. Under Scorecards Product that assists agents, supervisors and all contact center employees to focus on critical aspects of their performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Sources, click Source Systems.

  2. In the left pane, from the Source Types list, select a source type such as WFMS.

  3. Select the source system you want to delete.

  4. Click Delete Source System, then click OK to confirm.

New or modified source systems do not take effect until the Scorecards Data Warehouse Sync adapter has been run.
