Launching Scorecards

Scorecards Product that assists agents, supervisors and all contact center employees to focus on critical aspects of their performance and identify opportunities for improvement. is an application contained within the Workforce Optimization Suite; to launch Scorecards you must first log on to Workforce Optimization.

Everyone logs on to the web application using the URL that was defined when the web application was installed. The same logon(s) are used in the client and in the web application. Privileges and scope (generally by organization) are associated with the different types of user names, such as Employee or Supervisor. Thus, everyone has the same login page. Employees may be prompted to select new passwords when they first log on.
