Drill to Adherence from KPI View

Use the Adherence Adherence control in KPI View on the Performance page to view your adherence Measure used in Workforce Management (WFM) to determine how well an employee’s scheduled activities match their actual, real-time activities. for the KPI.

This feature is only available if the KPI has drill to adherence enabled and if you have KPI-specific drill through privilege Permissions associated with each role that define the features of the application a user is able to view and the functionality in the application the user can access..
