Adjustments made for daylight savings can cause gaps or duplicate entries to appear in the data stream for a queue Entity that represents demand in WFM. Queues help predict workload by multiplying the volume of customer interactions by their expected handling time.. The gaps or extra hours are indicated on the chart by the yellow lines.
When the time jumps forward, there can appear to be a gap in the data stream.
When daylight savings time goes back to standard time, some hours can appear to get repeated in the data stream.
