Shift requests & changes details

Use this window to view details about a selected shift Work period in WFM that has a definite length. request & change.

Only the parts of the request that are different than the employee’s scheduled shift (if any) are displayed.

Description

• Request Summary section: Displays the employee’s name, type of request, and the request’s start and end dates.

• Shift Information section: Displays shift’s start and end dates, duration, name of the shift, activity Core component of both schedules and time records in Workforce Management (WFM). When an employee performs any kind of work, activities specify the scheduled work and capture employee adherence to their schedule., and whether the shift is overtime.

• Extension Before Shift: For requests for extension before a shift, shows the type, activity, duration, gap, and whether the extension is overtime.

• Extension During Gap: For requests for extension in to a gap, shows the type, activity, duration, and gap.

• Extension After Shift: For requests for extension after a shift, shows the type, activity, duration, gap, and whether the extension is overtime.

• Alerts section: Displays the icons and a description for any failed validations.

• History and status information: Contains the modification history (audit trail Mechanism that provides a record of the actions performed in the WFO applications.) and status of the request.
