About Question-Level Tracking

Question-Level Tracking enables you to track and analyze question and answer information, and adjust lesson scores at the question level. This feature is available for the following two eLearning Product that provides hard and soft skills training, applicable for the entire employee life cycle (before, during, and after the hiring process), and includes training assessment and design tools. lesson types:

  • Content Producer (AICC): Used for the Content Producer customized AICC.

  • Generic SCORM 2004: Use for lessons created in a SCORM compliant product other than Content Producer. For information about the technical requirements, see Technical Requirements for SCORM 2004.

This feature works the same for both two eLearning lesson types with minor exceptions (noted below). With question-level tracking, you can:

  • Review question and answer details for each lesson attempt

  • Adjust lesson scores at the question level

  • Export lesson information to a spreadsheet application for further analysis

  • View the Summary Question and Detailed Question reports

There are minor differences in this feature based on the technical specifications for SCORM 2004 and the Content Producer customized AICC.

  • Availability of Basic Question Level Tracking information:

    • Content Producer (AICC): Basic information is available after the lesson is uploaded.

    • Generic SCORM 2004: Basic information is available after the first time the lesson is launched and completed. (A manager could take the lesson to make this information available; otherwise, it will be available after the first student completes the lesson.)

  • Export of lesson information:

    • Content Producer (AICC): All information in the two defined exports is available.

    • Generic SCORM 2004: Several data elements in each of these exports are not available.
