Delete a competency setting

If you delete a competency that is defined in an alert rule, that alert rule becomes invalid.

  1. Go to eLearning Product that provides hard and soft skills training, applicable for the entire employee life cycle (before, during, and after the hiring process), and includes training assessment and design tools.. Under Competencies, select Settings.

    The left pane refreshes to show the organization hierarchy.

  2. In the left pane, select the organization associated with the competency that you want to delete.

    The right pane refreshes, showing the list of competencies configured for that organization.

  3. Select the competency you want to delete.

  4. Click Delete Competency, and then, at the message prompt, click OK.

If you attempt to delete a competency that is assigned to an organization, group or person, the message prompt indicates that if you delete the competency, the competency assignment will be deleted. Click OK if you want to proceed with the deletion.
