Edit a competency setting

  1. Go to eLearning Product that provides hard and soft skills training, applicable for the entire employee life cycle (before, during, and after the hiring process), and includes training assessment and design tools.. Under Competencies, select Settings.

    The left pane refreshes to show the organization hierarchy.

  2. In the left pane, select the organization associated with the competency you want to edit.

    The right pane refreshes, showing the list of competencies associated with the organization.

  3. Select the competency you want to edit, and then click Edit Competency.

  4. On the Edit Competency form, type a new name and description in the Name and Description boxes.

  5. Reconfigure the Calculation Source, Weight, and Inclusion Rule options as required.

  6. Click Save.
