Navigating in the Organization Management module

1. 2. Make a selection:

   Add or delete new organizations within the organization hierarchy. See the Workforce Optimization User Management Module that an administrator uses to create a profile for each employee in their organization. Guide.	Organizations, selectOrganization Settings.
   Add or delete new groups of individuals. You can create groups if, for example, you want to assign certain lessons to a selected group of employees. See the Workforce Optimization User Management Guide.	Organizations, select Group Settings.
   Create or edit priority settings for lesson assignment. See Managing Lessons	eLearning, select Administration, and then select Priorities.
   Create or edit competency ranks. See Managing Competencies	eLearning, select Administration, and then select Competency Rank.
