Activate the Full-Text Search license
Full-Text Search license activation is required to initialize the feature on the WFO application.
Procedure

Sign in to the portal Home page or main UI access point for all WFO applications. as administrator.

From System Management Module that allows performing suite-wide system management activities from a single, Web-based application, the Enterprise Manager., selectLicensing Management > System Licensing.

Go to Recording Platform and select Full-Text Search.

Click Save.

Wait until configuration distribution is completed.

Restart the WFO_ProductionDomain_ProductionServer service on the Application Servers to implement the Full-Text Search license:

On the Application Server, open Windows Services.

Restart the WFO_ProductionDomain_ProductionServer service.

If the Application Servers are clustered, stop the WFO_ProductionDomain_ProductionServer service on each Application Server in the cluster. Once the service is stoped on all Application Server, start the service one on each Application Server at a time.

If servers hosting Speech Transcription Service Server role in the Site zone that retrieves and transcribes the audio files of recorded interactions and outputs two different types of data—the transcribed text of the recorded conversation, and metadata about the recording. role exist, restart these services.

In the User Management Module that an administrator uses to create a profile for each employee in their organization. application, set the Full Text Search privilege Permissions associated with each role that define the features of the application a user is able to view and the functionality in the application the user can access. for the relevant roles.
