Full-text search overview

Full-text search (FTS) enables you to search for terms or phrases in transcribed interactions and text interactions. FTS is optional and is only supported on database servers that meet the hardware requirements specified in the CFE Guide.

FTS is based on the following:

FTS feature installed on the computer running SQL Server.
FTS components installed by the WFO installation.
