Enable DB Authentication for employees (bulk option)
To enable database (DB) authentication for a large number of employees, use the bulk option.
Bulk option
When you use bulk option to enable DB authentication for multiple employees:

The password is set to <username> and the account status is set to Force Password Reset with ID.

Employees need to sign in using SAML and go to the My Profile page to change their DB password.

Once an employee changes the password, the account is set to Active.

Any employees who were already enabled for db authentication are ignored. Their password and status are not modified.
 
Before you begin
SAML authentication must be configured
Procedure
- 
                                                
Go to User Management Module that an administrator uses to create a profile for each employee in their organization.. Under Security, select Usernames.
 - 
                                                
Optional: Create a filter to have only the employees that you want to have DB authentication shown in the user list.
 - 
                                                
In the left pane, select multiple employees or use the Select All button to select the entire list.

If all employees selected in the left pane are not listed in the right pane, set the view to
. - 
                                                
A check box is displayed in the column heading next to DB Authentication.
 - 
                                                
To apply DB Authentication to all selected employees, select the check box in the column heading.
 - 
                                                
Select Save.
