Delete a role

You can delete the user roles in the system that are no longer needed.

Before you begin

Procedure 

  1. Go to User Management Module that an administrator uses to create a profile for each employee in their organization. > Security > Roles Setup.

  2. On the left panel under Organizations, select the parent organization associated with the role to be deleted.

  3. In the Roles Setup page, from the list of roles, select the role to be deleted.

  4. Click Delete Role at the bottom right of the window.

  5. Confirm the action when prompted.
